This is a super simple green smoothie, packed full of protein and energy! I sometimes find that a smoothie in the morning doesn’t keep me going until lunch, but this mighty smoothie regularly powers me through a morning spin class.
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 handful blueberries
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1 dessert spoon of smooth peanut butter (full of protein!)
- 1 cup of almond milk
1. If you have a smaller/less-powerful blender, I would recommend blending the spinach and almond milk separately before adding the other ingredients. This stops you getting any spinach lumps in your smoothie!
